Follow the instructions

1. prepare the product for return,
2. prepare a purchase invoice,
3. print and fill out the return form,
4. place in the packaging intended for shipping: correctly completed form and goods,
5. packaging / carton clearly means: “Return of product”,
6. carefully seal the packaging and address the shipment to: OK Sp. z o. o. Konstantynów Łódzki 90-050, ul Krótka 6.
7. hand over the parcel to the courier company.

When exercising your right to withdraw from a distance contract, assess the condition of the product and its packaging. Make sure that the goods have the original packaging and do not show any signs of use. More information about returns can be found on the website Shop rules.

The shipping costs of the returned goods are covered by the buyer, we do not accept cash on delivery.
