Insulated pliers with extended jaws and reinforced grip, VDE compliant, Waryński

Insulated, elongated, straight pliers, 240 mm long, made of high-quality 60CrV alloy steel, containing chromium and vanadium for improved hardenability and corrosion protection. Induction hardened, with jaws hardened to 60HRC (±2). Serrated jaw surfaces ensure a secure grip. Clamping force is increased by 60% thanks to the asymmetric joint design. The pliers have a dual-density insulating lining and are manufactured in accordance with the EN 60900 standard, the basic model certified by the German VDE organization. The anti-corrosion coating applied through a "Teflon" process makes it easier to keep the pliers clean and protects against corrosion. The special design allows for a range of electrical work: holding and cutting wires and cables with a knife molded into the jaws, and, thanks to the built-in crimping tool, additionally crimping AW10-18 flat and tubular connectors.
