Description - Chain wheel with hole and groove. Suitable for chains of the PN77/M-84168, DIN 8187, ISO 606 standards. Increased abrasion resistance. Induction hardening of teeth makes the wheels last longer and more resistant to abrasion. This process is carried out under special supervision, thanks to which ideal parameters of the furnace and cooling liquid are ensured. Extended service life. This is due to the precision of the teeth, pitch and pitch diameter, thanks to which the chain works with the wheel without unnecessary resistance. This prevents abrasion of the rollers and stretching and damage to the chains. Increased resistance to cracking. All wheels are made of high-carbon steel. Very good cooperation with Waryński chains. Accurate and repeatable distances between teeth make the chain fit perfectly on the wheel, thus not damaging the chain.
