Product description
Single-component, high viscosity, medium strength, high temperature resistant anaerobic adhesive. Designed for bolted connections that are to be dismantled. Features • Prevents self-loosening of parts subject to vibration, such as pump, gearbox or press mounting bolts • Works on all metals, including passive substrates (e.g. stainless steel, aluminium and plated surfaces) • Tolerates light contamination from industrial oils, e.g. engine oils, anti-corrosion oils and coolants • Allows dismantling with hand tools for inspection • Temperature range: -55 to + 150°C • Max. gap fill: 0.012” / 0.30 mm • Setting / curing time: <15/24 (min./hr) Directions for use The surfaces to be joined should be dry, clean and free of grease. Apply sufficient adhesive and assemble the parts. Immediate assembly is not required, as the material reacts only after the elements have been joined. The curing process can be accelerated by using an activator.Product features
