STRONG Threadlocker - Red 50g / TEGER. A single-component, high-viscosity, high-strength anaerobic adhesive with increased temperature resistance. It prevents self-loosening of parts subjected to vibration, such as mounting bolts on pumps, gearboxes, or presses. Works on all metals, including passive substrates (e.g., stainless steel, aluminum, and plated surfaces). It is tolerant to light contamination from industrial oils, such as engine oils, corrosion-inhibiting oils, and coolants. Application: The surfaces to be joined should be dry, clean, and degreased. Apply a sufficient amount of adhesive and assemble the parts. Immediate assembly is not required, as the material reacts only after the components are joined. The curing process can be accelerated by using an activator. Disassembly: Disassembly with hand tools may be impossible. If the joint is too strong, heat the joint (nut or bolt) to approximately 250°C and disassemble while hot. Disposal: Dispose of contents and container to a collection point for hazardous or special waste in accordance with local, regional, national and/or international regulations.
