MEDIUM Pipe Thread Adhesive - Yellow, 50g, Teger Anaerobic adhesive manufactured on the basis of methacrylic resins. It cures after the exclusion of oxygen and on contact with metal, forming a reliable plastic mass. The cured joint is resistant to shock, vibration, solvents and other chemicals. Components coated with the adhesive are additionally protected against weathering and corrosion. DVGW certified. Directions for use: The surfaces to be joined should be dry, clean and degreased. Apply a sufficient amount of adhesive and assemble the components. Do not move the parts until full strength is achieved. Time to achieve initial strength (22 °C): steel - approx. 25 min; brass - approx. 15 min; stainless steel - approx. 4-5 hours; zinc dichromate - approx. 3 hours. Time to achieve full strength (22 °C): steel - approx. 6 hours; brass - approx. 1 hour; stainless steel - approx. 36 hours; zinc dichromate - approx. 12 hours. Dismantling: Disassemble using hand tools. Disposal: Dispose of contents and container to a hazardous or special waste collection point in accordance with local, regional, national and/or international regulations.
