STRONG Adhesive for Mounting Bearings and Belt Connections - Green, 50g, Teger Anaerobic adhesive based on methacrylic resins. It cures after the exclusion of oxygen and upon contact with metal, forming a reliable plastic mass. The cured joint is resistant to shock, vibration, solvents, and other chemicals. Components coated with the adhesive are additionally protected against weather conditions and corrosion. DVGW certified. Directions for use: The surfaces to be joined should be dry, clean, and degreased. Apply a sufficient amount of adhesive and assemble the components. Do not move the parts until full strength is achieved. Time to achieve initial strength (22 °C): steel - approx. 5 min; aluminum - approx. 30 min; zinc dichromate - approx. 30 min. Time to achieve full strength (22 °C): steel - approx. 6 hours; zinc dichromate - approx. 6 hours; aluminum - approx. 72 hours. Disassembly: Disassembly may not be possible using hand tools. Disposal: Dispose of contents and container to a hazardous or special waste collection point in accordance with local, regional, national and/or international regulations.
