ATLAS 60.1 – technical description of the crane
The ATLAS 60.1 is a 60 kNm (6 tm) class hydraulic loading crane, designed for vehicles with a GVW of 7.49 t or more . Equipped with a 1-3 stage hydraulic crane extension and optional mechanical extensions , it provides a large working range and high application flexibility.
The crane features a special lifting cylinder kinematics with a lever system , which significantly increases the operating range under heavy loads. The design, based on hexagonal boom profiles, guarantees precise guidance, low friction, and reduced wear of sliding elements.
The standard width of the outriggers is 3.2 m , with the possibility of extension to 5.6 m (hydraulic outriggers with check valves). The working range reaches up to approx. 10.7–12.5 m depending on the configuration, with the crane's own weight of approx. 800–990 kg .
The ATLAS 60.1 meets the requirements of DIN 15018 , the CE Machinery Directive, and is equipped with the ATLAS SLC safety system, which controls the lifting torque regardless of the boom position. The crane is designed to work with a hook, grab, and hydraulic attachments.
